Why do I not have data in my report?

Gallup prioritizes respondent confidentiality. For this reason, survey data may be suppressed in certain cases. Your organization has set this threshold.

Data Suppression Rules

  • If a Q12 item receives fewer than responses than your organization's threshold, results for that item will not appear in the report.
  • If there are fewer responses than your organization's threshold in a group (for example in a team or in a reporting group), you will not see the report data for this group.

Advanced metrics: Certain metrics—such as the Engagement Index, Frequency Distribution, and Sentiment Analysis—require higher minimum response thresholds to be reported.
