Data Suppression Rules
- Fewer than 6 responses per item: If a Q12 item receives fewer than six responses, results for that item will not appear in the report.
- Fewer than 6 responses in a group: You will not receive group-level reports for any group with fewer than six respondents.
Advanced metrics: Certain metrics—such as the Engagement Index, Frequency Distribution, and Sentiment Analysis—require higher minimum response thresholds to be reported.
