Why do I not have data in my report?

Gallup prioritizes respondent confidentiality. For this reason, survey data may be suppressed in certain cases.

Data Suppression Rules

  • Fewer than 6 responses per item: If a Q12 item receives fewer than six responses, results for that item will not appear in the report.
  • Fewer than 6 responses in a group: You will not receive group-level reports for any group with fewer than six respondents.

Advanced metrics: Certain metrics—such as the Engagement Index, Frequency Distribution, and Sentiment Analysis—require higher minimum response thresholds to be reported.
