No - incomplete surveys do not affect your data in Gallup Access.
Gallup only records survey responses once a participant clicks Submit Survey. If a participant is interrupted by a power outage, browser timeout, or other issue before submitting, their responses are not saved.
What Happens if a Survey Is Interrupted?
If during the survey, you
- Close the browser
- Lose internet connection
- Experience a system crash
You will need to return to the survey and submit it in full to ensure your responses are recorded.
