Check your code
Make sure the code is entered exactly as shown - codes often include both letters and numbers.
From a book?
Codes in Gallup books can not be used on the European Gallup Access Website. Please head to this page to redeem your code.
From an email?
If you received a code or invite from an organization, check the original message and try the included link. Still having trouble? Contact us with:
- The code or email address used
- The exact error message
6-digit code?
If your code is only six numbers long, it’s likely an account verification code- not an access code.
