Why is my access code not working?

If you're seeing an "invalid code" error when trying to redeem a CliftonStrengths access code, here are a few common reasons:

  • Check your code: Make sure the code is entered exactly as shown - codes often include both letters and numbers.
  • If you received an email invitation from your organization, check the original message and try the included link. 
  • If you received a code from your organization, it is possible that the code was already redeemed by someone else in your organization.
