Why is my access code not working?

If you're seeing an "invalid code" error when trying to redeem a CliftonStrengths access code, here are a few common reasons:

Check your code

Make sure the code is entered exactly as shown - codes often include both letters and numbers.

From a book?

Codes in Gallup books can not be used on the European Gallup Access Website. Please head to this page to redeem your code.

From an email?

If you received a code or invite from an organization, check the original message and try the included link. Still having trouble? Contact us with:

  • The code or email address used
  • The exact error message

6-digit code?

If your code is only six numbers long, it’s likely an account verification code- not an access code.
