I forgot my password.

If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble signing in to Gallup Access, go to the Account Assistance page and enter the email address associated with your account.

What Happens Next?

  • If an account exists with that email, Gallup will send you an email with instructions to access your account.
  • When you click the Account Assistance link in the email, it will open in your browser and you can update your password underneath the Username field. The password requirements are shown to you on the screen.

Didn’t Receive the Email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • If you don’t receive an email within 10 minutes, your account may be registered under a different email address.
  • Return to the Account Assistance page and try a different email you may have used.
